This instructional program is designed for youth, entering grades 6-8, who are interested in learning the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun environment. Age appropriate drills & games are used to stress passing, catching, scooping, dodging & shooting. All equipment is provided, but players are encouraged to bring their own sticks.

The Nittany Lion Boys' Lacrosse Goalie/Instructional Camp is designed to provide goalies with an additional day of goalie instruction (three full sessions) before putting their skills on display during the instructional camp.

The daily schedule for Penn State Girls' Lacrosse Camp includes games, stick-work practices, and tactical sessions for offensive and defensive strategies. Individual help sessions and extra scrimmages under lights are also provided.
